Did you know that a recent Arizona Court of Appeals decision will likely have a major impact on a community associationsí ability to validly assess and collect monetary penalties (aka fines)? This class will discuss the following minimum requirements in order to validly assess monetary penalties (aka fines), legally proper methods to collect fines from owners and alternative options to pursue enforcement of violations (e.g. suspending voting rights; suspending rights to use common areas/facilities; exercising self-help; ADRE complaints; injunctive relief lawsuits, etc.). Sometimes personality conflicts get in the way of things getting done within a community association. This
class will show board members and owners how everyone can coexist peacefully and get along so an association can be hassle-free and productive. Participants will get a free DISC personality test on themselves as part of the class. Together the class will discuss the different personality types, how to understand your personality strengths and weaknesses and how to work together with other personality types. This class is a must if you want to learn more about yourself and how to effectively work with other board members and owners.
