Neighborhood Programs offers the HOA Academy to provide residents and board members of homeowner’s associations (HOA) with the know-how, tools and resources to effectively lead their neighborhoods.

The first two classes will be held at the Chandler Museum, located at 300 S. Chandler Village Drive. Led by the Mulcahy Law Firm P.C, our spring session dates are:
