Attorney

Connor Tully joined Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C.’s team in 2025 as an associate attorney. Connor graduated from University of Arizona with a B.S. in Chemistry in 2019 and received his Juris Doctor from U of A’s James E. Rogers College of Law in May, 2025. While in law school, Connor received the Dean’s Achievement Award Scholarship, served as a Note Editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law and was also an at-large Delegate & Chief of Staff at the Student Bar Association.

Connor’s professional background includes legal experience as a Law Clerk at Dwyer Law PLLC, an externship with the Civil Rights Division at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in Tucson and roles as a Legal Assistant and Office Manager at the Law Offices of Rubin & Bernstein PLLC.

Connor is licensed to practice law in Arizona, and his practice focuses exclusively on the representation of HOAs and condos.

On a personal note, Connor enjoys playing pick-up basketball, board games, and spending time with his dogs.
